Robocop's dialogues with spawn had me fanboying because to see and have them both in the same game is an absolute dream come true and having them voiced by keith David and peter Weller makes it all the more awesome!

It's still Dave B. Mitchell, but the pitch shift, to me, sounds more drastic. I agree with a comment above stating you can tell these lines were recorded/edited much later in time
